Some of us agree that the possible way to weight loss is the control of our appetite. But the big question is how to reduce the feeling of hunger and fool the stomach into thinking it is full. There is a  good way to do that, that could come with help of a certain foods. It is fact there are methods that can reduce your appetite and help you very quickly to lose  pounds that have been building up for some time.

  • Fiber keeps your stomach fuller longer and kills all possible sugar cravings. You can get fiber by eating fruits (especially apples) & vegetables, whole grains, nuts (almonds are the best) and seeds. By eating fiber daily you lose weight faster as it fills up your stomach quicker making you eat less.
  • Drink more WATER that can help you to fill your stomach and fee less hunger.

  • Drink a glass of vegetable juice before meals
