Some AB exercises to build your abdominal muscles

Nowadays, abdominal exercises are common and very useful for building our abdominal muscles. This is very important to improve performance with certain sports, back pain, and for withstanding abdominal impacts (e.g., taking punches). According to some studies in 2011, abdominal muscle exercises are very important to increase the strength and endurance of the abdominal muscles.
